2012 Mayan Dooms Day Prediction

The Mayans say that some sort of "dark event" visits the Earth every few thousand years. On December 12, 2012 the cyclical window is scheduled to reopen once again. The Mayans also say that the destruction of a civilization can sometimes be the result of losing "the Mandate of Heaven". If you look at the world today it is not hard to see that we have angered the gods.

Maybe 2012 is a wake up call for mankind to shape up and change.

This video is claiming that the Saint Birgitta Group is an Antichrist Cult. If you watch any of the Saint Birgitta videos its hard not to argue that. The Saint Birgitta folk are kind of spooky imao but their videos about the end of the world well done and kind of neat. Danny Glover, 2012 & Tahitian Noni?

Production

Director Roland Emmerich and composer-producer Harald Kloser co-wrote a spec script titled 2012, which was marketed to major studios in February 2008. Nearly all studios met with Emmerich and his representatives to hear the director's budget projection and story plans, a process that the director had previously gone through with the films Independence Day (1996) and The Day After Tomorrow (2004).[2] The film was shopped around with a production budget of $200 million.[3] Later that month, Sony Pictures Entertainment won the rights for the spec script, planning to distribute it under Columbia Pictures.[4] The studio planned to make the film for less than the estimated budget.[3]

Filming was originally scheduled to begin in Los Angeles, California, in July 2008,[5] but instead commenced in Vancouver in August 2008.[6] Due to the possible 2008 Screen Actors Guild strike, filmmakers set up a contingency plan for salvaging the film.[7] Sony Pictures Imageworks was hired to create visual effects for 2012.[8]. Thomas Wander co-wrote the score with Harald Kloser.

Wow a lot of things seemed to have been going on. If a global calamity happened 3600 years ago none of the peoples listed above seemed to know much about it. I guess they never had the History Channel or a Movie Trailer to tell them about it. They were too busy going about their daily lives and making history in the process.

2012 Movie: What is it about?

The movie 2012 centers around the Polar Shift Theory. Normally the Polar Shift is 1 degree for ever 1 million years. For example eons ago Hawaii was somewhere near the North Pole and Alaska was somewhere around the equator.

On December 21, 2012 a massive Polar Shift is going to occur in a matter of days causing massive earth quakes, volcanoes, tidal waves and other global calamities. The massive Polar Shift is the result of the Earth aligning with a large Black Hole in the center of the Milky Way. Coincidentally the Mayan Calendar stops exactly on December 21, 2012 and that has caused everyone to be spooked. The Mayan's made very accurate calendars which could predict Lunar Eclipses, arrival of commets, and celestial events centuries in advance. Both the Mayan Calendar and the Gregorian Calendar are both based on 365 days.
